A new runner born

ts been a long time since I posted that Ohlone 2008 review, and I must say WOW I suck at typing.

Anyway I have grown tremendous as a ultrarunner, and I have learned so much from that Ohlone run.

I will be updating this blog as I see fit with randomosity that only I can vomit out on this blog
